I had such an amazing experience building my new home in Lucan with Colden Homes. This was the first time that my fiance and I had built a brand new home, and I can't say enough good things about working with the team at Colden Homes (specifically Tom and Diane). They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive and this made our experience very positive throughout the entire building process.

Every day since we moved in, we say "wow, this is our dream home!" Tom and Diane worked with us to make our dream a reality and even made suggestions that we hadn't even thought of to make our house tailored especially to us. I particularly noted that Tom has a sense of pride in what he builds nor did he upcharge our changes. We made our selections quite early and since we had a big family event on the close date, Tom was willing to close on our house a week early. Although we don't plan on moving ever again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Colden Homes again.
